A highschool friend reached out to Adam to connect with his father who owns the largest fresh rice noodle company in the Bay Area.
At the time, it was to get his dad to make plant-based products but over time, he would recruit me for other things.
Cali Rice Valley distributes fresh rice noodles all over the Bay Area.
In 2020-2022, FDA hammered Cali Rice Valley for food safety concerns and in the years following, have been struggling to fix all of the problems.
In the span of 4 months, Adam trained to be a PCQI Individual, enforced a food safety plan and built and maintained a quality system while teaching the owners, third-parties and factory workers the system we have in place. Always responsive, and always tries to assure everyone what's going on.
Currently, Adam maintains the quality initiatives in Cali Rice Valley and communicates with third-parties, employees and regulatory agencies.
